DescriptionAre you a master at customer service? Do you love to
solve problems and make things happen? Do you enjoy administrative
work and supporting your team members? This is the position for
you!What you will do:1. Complete all administrative activities
connected with customer account set-up and maintenance2. Respond to
customer inquiries including pricing of products and services,
delivery requests and issue resolution3. Build relationships with
customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and
increase the volume of customers' purchases4. Facilitate warranty
claims with both customers and vendors5. Communicate with the PSS
sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer
concerns and issues6. Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g.,
package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products)
as necessary to support timely delivery of goods7. Model behaviors
that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team
members are supported at the highest level8. Ensure all activities
are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and
