Policy & Governance Analyst
Duration: 12+ Month Contract Location: Alpharetta, GA- Hybrid- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote a weekRate: $50-$55 hourly
Our financial client is in need of a Policy & Governance Analyst that will be responsible for documenting, maintaining, and reporting on the various aspects of SDLC and Change Management Policy Compliance. In this role you will be responsible for executing Policy Analysis, creating executive summaries, and coordinating execution of follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience providing educated responses to data/audit/regulatory queries, ensuring appropriate control compliance, supporting services and analysis/reporting across all companies Risk topics.
Qualifications for the Policy & Governance Analyst:

• Strong Banking and/or Financial Services experience
• Day-to-day monitoring, remediation and reporting of Financial Technology Change Management controls exceptions and violations reporting
• Experience ensuring all Technology and Information Risk guidelines are followed
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Office Products experience
• Experience educating Technologist on proper SDLC and Change Management processes when exceptions or violations have been identified
• Proficient knowledge of ITIL including but not limited to Availability Management, Service Continuity, Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management
• Experience identify potential Risks and Exposures
• Experience creating presentations and summary documents
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to alter communications to various audiences
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Local to Atlanta and ability to work hybrid schedule in Alpharetta
• Bachelors Degree required
