Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist II
to document and address customer complaints and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance
with regulatory requirements
Support investigations to determine root causes and identify
resolutions for complaints and issues
Analyze complaints data to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required
Experience with grievances and complaints is preferred
Knowledge of Medicare is preferred
