Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty**License:**
Valid nursing license**Certifications:** BLS, NIHSS, PALS,
ACLS**Must-Have:** Strong communication and critical thinking
skills**Job Description:**- Provide high-quality patient care in a
fast-paced emergency department setting- Respond promptly to
patient needs and emergencies, ensuring patient safety and comfort-
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and
implement patient care plans- Perform assessments and provide
treatment to patients with a wide range of conditions- Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare
practitioners- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records-
Educate patients and their families about health conditions,
treatments, and post-discharge care- Demonstrate leadership and
teamwork in managing a diverse patient population- Adapt quickly to
changing environments and varied clinical situations- Ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
