Framework.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation decisions on complex projects,
ensuring alignment with long-term objectives
Collaborate with QA/Performance teams to maintain high standards of
stability, quality, and scalability
Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team through
hiring, coaching, and career development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
discipline; or equivalent experience
7+ years of software engineering experience, including 5 years in
engineering management
Proven experience in systems-level software development using
languages such as C, C++, or Java
Strong understanding of networking protocols and secure network
communications
Proven track record in Agile software development methodologies
