Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Lead to
drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of the annual strategic plan through
workshops, research, and synthesis of findings
Lead market research and analysis to identify industry trends,
opportunities, and threats
Collaborate with internal leaders to provide insights and support
for strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts,
Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
8+ years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity,
corporate development, or strategy
Deep understanding of eCommerce, marketplaces, or collectibles
Proven ability to model and make data-driven decisions
Experience with C-level presentations and advocacy
