Head of Corporate Development and M&AA mission-driven, fast-scaling service provider in a highly specialized consumer space is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Head of Corporate Development and M&A to support the execution of its ambitious expansion plan.   • Support the development and execution of the company's strategic growth initiatives across mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and new market development.
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and commercial due diligence to evaluate new opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and integration teams to drive smooth transaction execution and onboarding.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and executive-level decision-making materials.
  • Assist in building and optimizing internal processes to support scalable deal execution and post-close integration.
  • Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential target landscapes to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to forecast, report, and measure performance against strategic KPIs.Skill Set:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with executive teams and external stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working with large data sets and building decision frameworks to guide investment priorities.
    • Adaptable, entrepreneurial spirit with a bias toward action and ownership.
    • 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or strategic consulting.
    • Strong technical toolkit in financial modeling, valuation, and presentation building.
    • Hands-on experience with end-to-end M&A processes (deal sourcing, diligence, execution, and integration).
    • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with ambiguity in a high-growth, fast-paced setting.
    • Excellent communication skills with a knack for distilling complex ideas into clear, persuasive insights.
    • Passion for strategic growth and a long-term mindset aligned with company-building.
